Pick-up and drop-off from and to Dubai is included and will be in a shared, air-conditioned vehicle (unless booked otherwise). As the desert can get quite warm, we suggest bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and cool, comfortable clothes. For hot air balloon experiences in the winter, we recommend bringing something warm to wear, especially before sunrise.
Guest must be 5 years old and above. Children between the age of 6-11 years will be charged at a child’s rate. Bathroom facilities are available at the breakfast oasis. Our vehicles can accommodate a maximum of five guests. This experience is weather-dependent. If the weather is unsuitable, the Pilots reserve the right to decide not to fly. An alternate experience date will be suggested, or a full refund will be given. Rates not applicable from December 24, 2025, to January 06, 2026.
